Key Responsibilities:

* Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.

* Candidate Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing them with support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.

* Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.

* Results Driven: Deliver exceptional results, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

* Strategic Thinking: Identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

Requirements:

* Proven Track Record: A minimum of 2 years' experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success.

* Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients.

* Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and meeting the needs of our clients.

* Strategic Thinker: The ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our clients.

* Full-Time Availability: Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work additional hours as required.

* Compliance-Ready: Must have or be willing to obtain a National Police Check.
