We are seeking an Agitator Truck Operator / Batcher responsible for the transport and delivery of premixed concrete in accordance with McCorry Brown Earthmoving's quality and safety systems.
The successful candidate will work closely with our long-standing Concrete Production Manager, supporting concrete production, delivery, and daily yard operations to meet business objectives and operational targets.
The ideal applicant will have:
* HR Licence (essential)
* Front End Loader ticket (desirable)
* Heavy Machinery tickets (desirable)
* Willingness to learn
* Commitment to maintaining a clean work environment
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Product knowledge and initiative
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain a safe work environment and comply with all relevant safety, health, and environmental legislation
* Batch concrete in line with company operating procedures
* Schedule deliveries to maximise the use of equipment and personnel
* Deliver concrete to required mix specifications
* Carry out concrete testing at the required frequency under Holcim guidelines
* Document stock receivals in accordance with Holcim/MBE requirements
* Assist with monthly stocktake of consumable items
* Complete basic documentation tasks
