Job Title: Claims Investigation Specialist
The Claims Investigation Specialist will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into motor vehicle claims from a remote office environment.
* Conduct in-depth reviews of claim documentation
* Pursue professional interviews with relevant parties
* Prepare and submit comprehensive statements
* Inspect accident scenes as necessary
* Analyse and interpret complex documentation
* Compile factually accurate investigation reports
* Maintain stringent timeframes to ensure efficient resolution of claims
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current Queensland Private Investigator Licence
* Prior experience conducting CTP insurance investigations or managing CTP claims
* A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with stakeholders and maintain confidentiality
* High levels of attention to detail and analytical thinking
* Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
* Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
* Proficient computer skills, including typing at 50 words per minute
