The Opportunity
HCA has an exciting opportunity for a personable Administration Manager to join our Toowoomba team. This position will be best suited to a self-motivated strategic multitasker with a demonstrated ability in managing financial portfolio and large office management responsibilities effectively.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
* Receivable and payable experience reviewing accounts and credit limits as per company procedure
* Maintain and ensure compliance of company quality assurance systems and ensure QA audits are completed
* Lead and mentor administration team taking action to evaluate work performance and training requirements
* Strong interpersonal skills are essential for effectively coordinating and supporting a dynamic team.
* Ensure staff coordinate and maintain service department site inductions and competencies, and that branch-training activities are coordinated
* Dynamics 365 experience - preferred not essential
