Performance Copywriter & Copy Editor
Traffic Radius is looking for an experienced Performance Copywriter & Copy Editor to write, edit, and improve copy for high-performing digital marketing campaigns.
This is not a general content writing role.
This is for someone who understands paid ads, landing pages, video scripts, lead generation, conversion messaging, customer psychology, and fast-paced agency delivery.
You will work across multiple clients, industries, offers, and campaigns. Your job will be to create copy that grabs attention, communicates clearly, builds trust, and drives action.

What You'll Be Doing
You will write and edit copy for digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display campaigns, landing pages, sales pages, video scripts, and ad creatives.
You will create headlines, hooks, primary text, captions, descriptions, CTAs, campaign angles, creative messages, and short-form copy that is clear, persuasive, and conversion-focused.
You will write and improve landing page copy designed to generate leads, enquiries, bookings, calls, and sales.
You will also work on Video Sales Letters, video ad scripts, short-form campaign scripts, and creative messaging for paid social campaigns.
You will create multiple copy variations for A/B testing across different audiences, offers, pain points, hooks, and calls-to-action.
You will review existing copy and make it sharper, clearer, more persuasive, and more aligned with campaign goals.
You will work closely with the PPC, SEO, social media, design, web, and client success teams to make sure every campaign has strong messaging from ad click to conversion.
You will use AI to support research, ideation, editing, copy variations, and faster campaign execution — while still maintaining originality, accuracy, brand voice, and human judgment.
What You'll Own
You will own the quality of campaign copy across multiple client projects.
This includes:
* Ad copy for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display campaigns.
* Landing page copy for lead generation and conversion campaigns.
* Video Sales Letter copy and video ad scripts.
* Headlines, hooks, CTAs, captions, and short-form campaign copy.
* Ad creative messaging and offer positioning.
* Copy variations for testing and optimisation.
* Copy editing for clarity, tone, grammar, structure, and persuasion.
* ICP research, customer pain points, objections, and buying triggers.
* Messaging alignment across ads, landing pages, creatives, and campaign funnels.
Experience & Skills Required
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* 3–5 years of copywriting or copy editing experience.
* Strong digital marketing agency or multi-client project experience.
* Strong experience in competitor research on web content and paid copies
* Proven experience writing ad copy for Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and paid social campaigns.
* Strong experience writing landing page copy focused on lead generation, enquiries, and conversions.
* Experience writing video scripts, Video Sales Letters, ad creative copy, hooks, and campaign messaging.
* Strong understanding of ICPs, customer avatars, customer pain points, objections, desires, and buying behaviour.
* Ability to turn research into strong copy angles, campaign messages, and conversion-focused copy.
* Excellent editing skills across grammar, clarity, tone, structure, flow, and persuasion.
* Strong understanding of paid ads, landing pages, customer journeys, funnels, CRO, and lead generation.
* Ability to create multiple copy variations quickly for testing.
* Good research skills across different industries, offers, competitors, and audiences.
* Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, deadlines, and priorities.
* Confidence using AI tools like Claude, Perplexity etc for research, ideation, editing, and copy development.
