**About the Role**
As part of BOQ Finance, an opportunity is currently available to join our Business Banking team in the role of Inside Sales Specialist!
Key tasks:
- Quoting & Workshopping opportunities including asset guidance and qualification
- Credit submission support including financial analysis
- Operational and process support
- Undertaking weekly and monthly portfolio reporting
- Sales identification
- Assisting the network by handling general customer queries and resolving product or service problems when they arise
- Undertaking weekly and monthly portfolio reporting
- Continuous improvement of procedures, processes, and ways of working to improve customer experience
- Supporting initiatives to improve Customer experience
- Contribution to transformation programs
- Building strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Strong focus to understand and adhere with the BOQ Code of Conduct, Audit, policies, procedures, laws, regulations, Operational Risk & Compliance that your BOQ role encompasses.
**About you**
- Retail Banking experience with understanding of Equipment Finance (advantageous)
- Previous credit experience in commercial or corporate banking (advantageous)
- Ability to critical analysis and interpret financial statements
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- Must have the ability to collaborate and communicate with a wide range of people at all levels
- Ability to manage complex tasks and be prepared to take the initiative to achieve outcomes and goals
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft office products
- Knowledge of Infolease System, KFlow/Kdocs, EF net (desired, not essential)
