Role Overview
This is a remote role as a School Partnership Specialist, where you will be the key connection between our organization and schools, fostering strong relationships with teachers and VET in Schools staff across Western Australia and South Australia.
You will spend your time visiting schools, supporting teachers and trainers with onboarding and training, ensuring compliance documentation is in order, and working with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and share best practices.

Requirements
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
This position offers an excellent pathway for experienced teachers or tertiary educators familiar with the secondary school environment looking to leverage their educational expertise and passion for student success in a dynamic role beyond the traditional classroom setting.
* Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role, ideally within an educational or secondary school setting.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workloads effectively, and meet critical deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on clear and concise messaging.
* Proficiency in using software platforms for email, database management, and online learning environments.
* A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
* A genuine interest in supporting the success of VET programs in schools.
