As a senior HR advisor, you will provide operational support to an organization undergoing significant transformation. You will excel at managing day-to-day HR processes with speed and precision while also partnering on major organizational change initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead intricate ER/IR matters, guaranteeing integrity and a keen sense of judgment.
* Cultivate confident leadership by guiding them through challenging performance scenarios.
* Question established processes and challenge the status quo – simplify systems and bring innovative ideas to the table.
* Develop clear, scalable playbooks and workflows to promote national consistency.
* Mentor leaders to build their capabilities and manage teams effectively.
* Support talent management, succession planning, and internal mobility efforts.
* Collaborate on workforce planning to drive labor efficiency and implement better working practices.
* Promote effective annual and personal leave management strategies.
* Utilize HR metrics (exit interviews, pulse surveys, onboarding insights) to inform business decisions.
* Leverage SuccessFactors (preferably) and Kronos to ensure accurate personnel data and processes.
* Foster strong trust-based relationships across the organization – one that can be executed quickly.
* Proactively understand stakeholder needs and remain visible, connected, and approachable.
