Quality Assurance Senior Administrator (Superannuation)
Location: Brisbane
Description
The Quality Assurance Senior Administrator is responsible for delivering high quality superannuation administration services and projects to improve the services to clients. This includes high-quality assurance and service delivery across all administration functions for our clients.
Job specification
* Quality assessment and monitoring of work performed by the Administration Team to a high standard of quality, conformance and compliance in accordance with agreed procedures, including authorisation and payment of benefit payments
* Complete quality reporting and provide feedback to staff and/or management
* Deliver training to new and existing team members to ensure competence and accuracy of tasks performed
* Develop, implement and maintain processes and procedures (accurate, clear and concise) for conformance, improvement in efficiency and accuracy of services to our clients through design and quality analysis
* Perform User Acceptance Testing for systems and portals including provision of test results and defects to the relevant IT Team/s
* Quality assessment of complaint responses in a timely manner to ensure within Apex's Complaint framework including any incident notifications and resolution as required
* Act as a technical expert for the team and take responsibility for complex investigation and follow through to completion
* Coordinate and collate requirements for Audits and follow-up on investigation/review of audit outcomes to facilitate corrective action and improvements
* Assist with Data Integrity reports and obligations
* Assist with any tasks or duties as directed by the Team Leader/Manager and back up for absences
Skills Required:
* RG146 Superannuation qualifications
* 5 years' experience in Superannuation fund administration
* Superannuation and pension administration experience
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Well-developed PC skills eg. Word, Excel, Outlook with speed and accuracy
