Company Description
Maven Dental Morley is looking for a friendly and reliable team member to join our practice in a dual Receptionist / Dental Assistant role. This part‐time position is Monday to Thursday, 7:45 am–5:15 pm. The role is primarily reception-based; you'll also support the clinical team with Dental Assisting duties when teammates are on leave or unwell.
Job Description
* Manage front‐of‐house duties, including patient check‐ins, appointment scheduling, and phone enquiries.
* Provide excellent customer service and support a smooth patient experience.
* Assist chairside when required, following clinical protocols and infection control standards.
* Maintain accurate patient records and support daily practice operations.
* Contribute to a positive, team‐oriented environment.
Qualifications
* Experienced DA/Receptionist with Certificate III in Dental Assisting or above.
* Knowledge of Exact or dental software systems is desirable.
* Proficient in dental terminology and procedures.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
* Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‐paced environment.
