* Process pre-allocated tasks in Ishare with precision and efficiency, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

* Contribute to the general maintenance of the NAR Pathway, ensuring its continued relevance and effectiveness.

* Respond promptly to E-pathway requests, providing backup support as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.

* Engage with internal and external customers to address name and address enquiries, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to resolving issues effectively.

Requirements:

* Possess a tertiary qualification in an Information Management discipline or demonstrate a willingness to pursue further education in this field.

* Hold a current Class C Driver's Licence, enabling safe and efficient travel for work-related purposes.

* Demonstrate a working knowledge of Local Government Operations, applying this expertise to deliver high-quality results.
