Cleaning Supervisor – RAAF Laverton
In partnership with the Australian Defence Force, we are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at the RAAF Laverton Military Area.

About the role
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you'll oversee cleaning operations across Defence Living and Working accommodation and recreational spaces, including Messes, kitchens, bars and function areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Organise and assign cleaning tasks across various areas, ensuring smooth operations.
* Set cleaning schedules, create checklists and conduct audits to maintain high standards.
* Maintain equipment and supplies, ensuring cleaning tools, products and waste systems are functional and stocked.
* Supervise staff, support their training and development, and manage performance or conduct issues.
* Manage budgets and control cleaning costs, reporting changes or concerns to management.
* Use leadership and operational oversight to deliver high‑quality, efficient cleaning services.
About you
* At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or cleaning role.
* Certificate III in First Aid (advantageous).
* Safety‑focused leader who drives accountability and continuous improvement.
* Strong multitasking and time‑management skills.
* Proficient with Windows‑based office systems.
* Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and safety.
* Problem‑solver with a drive for continual improvement.
Must be eligible to hold a Defence Security Clearance; therefore the applicant must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake and maintain a satisfactory Australian Federal Police Check.
