The Role
Seeking an experienced commercial dispute lawyer for a role with a focus on building and construction disputes, debt recovery and contractual disputes. You may act for local and international corporations in a wide range of complex disputes and cross border litigation. Your client base will be broad and you will work on matters spanning multiple industries.
You will be involved in all manner of disputes, including;
* Building and construction disputes
* Insolvency and bankruptcy matters
* Debt recovery
* Property disputes
