We're seeking an individual to join our team as a Hearing Care Professional.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people rediscover the emotions of sound.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for:
* Conducting hearing screening checks and maintaining hearing aids
* Providing face-to-face and phone-based customer support
* Managing appointments through diary management
* Generating new business opportunities and promoting local engagement initiatives
* Supporting clinics with reporting and solution follow-ups
* Providing administrative assistance to audiologists and the clinic
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Good computer skills and technical aptitude
* Sales experience with targets and KPIs preferred
* Administration experience is an asset, but training will be provided
