Your new role
You'll be leading a small team of early-career finance professionals, providing mentorship and guidance as they grow in their roles. The focus will be on Accounts Payable, managing high-volume transactional work, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the board. You'll also play a key role in process improvement, with the opportunity to work with ERP systems and help shape how technology supports the team's success.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
* Solid experience in finance, especially in Accounts Payable
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
* A passion for mentoring and supporting junior staff
* Comfort with high-volume transactional environments
* An open-minded approach to technology and process improvement
* Experience with ERP systems is highly desirable.
