**The Opportunity**

We are looking for a creative visionary, who will be responsible for creating visually appealing and commercial Showroom experiences as our
**Visual Merchandising Manager**. The VM Manager will enhance and accelerate the purchase experience for customers and ultimately drive sales.

Working closely with the design, product, pricing and retail teams to ensure that Showroom displays are aligned with product and brand messaging, promotions and commercial objectives.

As brand champion, you will be responsible for creating, implementing and ensuring quality merchandising standards, demonstrating a keen eye for detail, commitment to excellence and promoting the creation of a coherent image for the King Living brand globally.

This role will also work closely with the property and retail teams in the design of new Showrooms, including floor plans.

**The Role**:

- Develop and implement world class visual merchandising strategies and guidelines to showcase our products in an engaging and innovative manner.
- Create visually appealing and customer-centric store layouts and product presentations, that inspire and captivate customers, while maximsing sales potential.
- Stay on the forefront of technology and digital trends in visual merchandising; define your role and integrate into the King Showroom experience to enhance the customer journey.
- Execute on-boarding of new product/ranges and showroom displays and layout for all Showrooms aligned with product and marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and retail operations, to align visual merchandising initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Present quarterly global flock presentations, including concepts and seasonal settings for major changeovers that support brand and promotional activity.
- Manage Showroom change-overs globally, including casual labour.
- Train and coordinate VM ambassadors in Showrooms, ensuring constant education and compliance with VM standards and execution.
- Assist with the development of layouts, floor plans and finishes for new Showrooms. Ensures proposed flock takes into consideration demographic and target audience as well as expansion strategy and focus.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling campaigns and promotional materials in line with brand standards.
- Manage the update of Showroom campaign banners and digital screens in line with flock and product focus.
- Manage and lead a team of 2 direct reports as well as Showroom VM ambassadors, providing clear direction, guidance, and feedback to ensure consistent brand representation across all stores.
- Conduct regular Showroom visits to assess visual merchandising standards and adherence to brand standards, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide training to Showroom teams on visual merchandising techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' visual merchandising strategies, and consumer preferences to continuously evolve our visual merchandising approach.
- Develop and manage visual merchandising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to deliver impactful and immersive showroom experiences, while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to source props, fixtures, and materials required to enhance the showroom experience.
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.
- 7+ years experience in Visual Merchandising within the retail industry, preferably in the furniture or home decor sector.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and CAD software is highly
