Working alongside the Head of Experience Design and wider design team, you'll create, develop and deliver intelligent digital assets across websites, landing pages, banners, eDM's, mobile applications and interface designs.
Your portfolio showcases your extensive experience and impressive history of developing original and engaging digital design websites. It reflects a solid grasp of user experience, prototyping, user journey mapping, conversion rate optimisation, and heuristic competitor analysis.
Day to day you'll:
* Create designs that work – utilising your solid understanding of UI and UX principles.
* Execute a project from brief right through to delivery, ranging from sketches, wireframes, site maps, user flows and interface design.
* Try and test new programs, ideas, and processes
* Be a creative thinker and ooze creative campaign ideas for our clients
* Tap into the knowledge of our PPC, CRO and SEO teams to ensure landing pages and websites are built to convert.
* Work to understand the technical aspects of digital design and work closely with our internal development team.
* Be a self-starter and use initiative and good time management to control multiple ongoing projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 6+ years of experience
* A sharp eye for detail and quality in both layout and typography
* An excellent working knowledge of Figma
* Have essential knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, mainly Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign
* A strong sense of initiative and the ability to work autonomously
* Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, both internally to other team members and externally to clients.
* An organised, positive & hard-working mindset and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Either in a team or independently.
* Be comfortable working within creative and digital brand guidelines & interpret briefs effectively.
