As a Human Resource Officer, you will provide generalist HR advice and support to managers and employees. You'll apply relevant legislation and undertake a range of procedural, operational, and administrative tasks and activities. You'll utilise a range of digital systems and maintain information including employee records in HR systems.
Your work will involve extensive client contact in a scheduled, contact-centre environment to service the hours of the contact centre which is 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will assist clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email and online portals.
