1. Licensed Surveyor (Equity Opportunity)
We’re offering a career-defining role for a WA-registered Licensed Surveyor with 3+ years' cadastral experience. You’ll lead delivery across boundary surveys, land subdivisions, and titling, with full support from a highly experienced admin and field team.
You’ll join a business with an exceptionally strong order book of residential subdivisions and ongoing cadastral work, and step into a structured pathway toward 50% ownership of a stand-alone licensed survey division.

2. Engineering Surveyor – Residential + Construction Projects
If you're experienced in construction set-outs, as-cons, and site surveying, join our commercial team delivering high-quality work for respected builders and developers across Perth.
This role offers variety, autonomy, and flexibility — working with both new builds and land development teams.
You’ll thrive here if you have:
* 3+ years’ engineering surveying experience
* Site confidence and client-facing skills
* Familiarity with Trimble, Civilcad, AutoCAD, or similar
* The ability to deliver clear data and work well with project teams
3. Graduate & Cadet Surveyors – Structured Career Path
