The role
You'll be at the very heart of our growth, powering our frontline teams by recruiting for our busy contact centres. Working in a high-volume, dynamic, and supportive team, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring the talent that forms the backbone of our customer experience. We are currently recruiting for both a permanent position and a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover parental leave.
What you will do
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of contact centre roles.
* Source top talent using a mix of advertising, online platforms, and referral programs.
* Screen, interview, and assess candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent is always ready.
* Champion an exceptional and engaging candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers and your team to meet ambitious hiring targets.
* Be a brand ambassador, representing the A&G culture and values to every potential employee.

* Proven experience in a fast-paced recruitment role (agency or internal).
