About the Role
As our General Sales Manager, you will:
Lead and manage the entire sales division (New & Used Vehicles)
Drive a revitalised culture built on professionalism, teamwork and accountability
Manage enquiry, sales processes, stock control and team performance
Develop and mentor staff to lift capability and consistency
Ensure exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint
Work closely with new management to deliver our strategic vision and growth plans
About You
Proven leadership experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager (automotive preferred)
A minimum of 1-2 years of sales management experience
Mandatory automotive industry sales management experience
Strong people management and coaching skills
The ability to build a high-performance culture
Excellent communication, negotiation and closing ability
A strategic mindset with a hands-on leadership style
A passion for delivering standout customer service
Australian citizenship or permanent residency status
