Our client, a leading manufacturer in the metal fabrication industry, is seeking an experienced CNC Operator with strong turret punch and brake press experience. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines to perform operations according to specifications Modify programs as required and perform tool changes Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions Perform sample inspections and ensure dimensional accuracy Load materials and make machine adjustments as necessary Conduct routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and tool inspection Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues Follow Quality Management System processes and contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives Assist with other workshop duties as required Essential Requirements: Proven experience as a CNC Operator with turret punch and brake press Strong knowledge of metal shop equipment, tooling selection, and machining parameters Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Attention to detail and precision Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills Physical Requirements: Regularly lift up to 30kg Perform repetitive tasks and ability to perform detailed hands-on tasks accurately and efficiently Why Join: Work with a supportive, skilled team Opportunity to work with high-quality machinery Competitive pay and benefits If you’re an experienced CNC Operator ready to take the next step in your career, we want to hear from you!
