We are seeking an accomplished Land Sales Specialist to join our land development in the Illawarra region.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity working 5 days per week, with flexibility to work a varied roster if required.
Key Responsibilities:
* A proven track record of success in residential land sales
* Effective relationships with stakeholders and customer service skills
* Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation skills and people management capability
* Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
* Intermediate MS Office skills (Word/Excel)
* Experience using CRM (preferably Salesforce or MS Dynamics CRM)
