Responsibilities
You will support the inclusion, learning, and development of children from birth to 6 years with additional needs. Working closely with educators, you will implement inclusive practices, develop Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), collaborate with external professionals, and build educator capability through coaching and modelling of effective teaching.
Success will be achieved through strong collaboration with the centre leadership team and working together with educators, families, community organisations, Local Elders, schools, teachers, principals, and other service providers. You must champion respectful family partnerships and draw on both professional and lived experience to build inclusive learning communities. You will support the team to embed deeply connected principles of quality teaching, equity, social inclusion, and evidence‐informed early intervention, providing leadership to embed adaptive, trauma‐informed, and neurodiversity‐affirming approaches that honour each child's communication style, sensory profile, learning preferences, and developmental pathway.

Qualifications
* Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
* Full VIT registration
* Qualifications in Special Education/Inclusive Education equivalent is desirable
* 7‐10 years in an inclusive education role
* Strong knowledge of neurodiversity and inclusive education principles
* Experience working with children aged birth–6 with additional needs, including trauma‐related, behavioural, medical, and developmental needs
* Current drivers licence
