About the Role
As a Sales Consultant at Bayford Volkswagen, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while achieving strong sales performance across our new and pre-owned vehicle range. You will build lasting relationships with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through every step of their vehicle purchasing journey.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional, customer-focused sales experiences
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
* Demonstrate and present Volkswagen vehicles and product features
* Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
* Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up processes
* Support dealership marketing and promotional activities

About You
* Proven sales experience (automotive experience highly regarded but not essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Results-driven with a positive, professional attitude
* High level of customer service and attention to detail
* Current Australian driver's licence
* Ability to work Saturdays
