Bid Writer /
Tender Coordinator
- who thrives on attention to detail, organisation, collaboration, and the satisfaction of delivering high-quality, winning tenders, interested in working behind the scenes to add life to projects and joining us to support our growing business.
The role is for a self-starter with drive and initiative to review Tender Documents, summarise relevant details for key stakeholders, review 'supplied responses' and edit information to satisfy selection and evaluation criteria, then complete Tender Documentation for submission.
As you learn the Company capabilities, ultimately take ownership of the whole tender co-ordination process which could include quality and systems.
You would work closely with Senior Management, Administration & the Resources team, to ensure every submission is accurate, compelling, and delivered on time to communicate CSG's proven capability.
* Produce high quality, fully compliant and professional tender documents
* Format, proofread, and quality-check submissions to meet client expectations and deadlines.
* Support the development of capability statements and other proposal documents.
* Liaise with external consultants, suppliers, and clients where required.
* Help maintain a high standard of quality, creativity, and professionalism across all documentation.
* The ability to work calmly under pressure and juggle competing priorities
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Experience with Website administration &/or wording for social media promotional posts would be a distinct advantage.
Mandatory Experience

At least 2-3 years demonstrable experience in a similar role, interpreting and submitting Tenders for Civil Roads infrastructure Construction projects, preferably for the Dep't of Transport & Main Roads &/or any other Australian Road Infrastructure Authority.
* There is a lot of phone and email communications in this role, so high levels of verbal and written English comprehension and expression are critical.
* Due to the quantity of Data Entry required, demonstrable skills in Intermediate to Advanced touch typing would be highly advantageous.
* Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills with Microsoft Windows operating system, MS Word, MS Excel, Windows & Cloud file management systems and Outlook email.
* There could be some flexibility between hours per week and also the possibility that you might be able to work from your own home at times, if you already have your own reliable computer hardware & fast internet access.
Our current Office location is in Loganholme, however, we could relocate between the Logan & Eagle Farm region in the future. While regular travel is not normally anticipated, you must have a valid open driver's licence and own personal transport to attend site or one of our other offices if necessary.
Preference will be given to someone "already living" within a safe daily driving distance of Loganholme to comply with WHS obligations.
You must already be a resident of Australia, be already living here and have a high verbal, written and comprehension standard of the English language.
The written English comprehension also requires a sound knowledge of the local culture & standard professional Civil Infrastructure Industry terminology.
