Contracts Coordinator
Description
We are seeking a skilled Contracts Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial functions to support the smooth delivery of residential contract management services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process listings and contracts of sale with emphasis on accuracy and compliance – sales transactions.
* Preparation of correspondence.
* Communicate with Solicitors on behalf of Real Estate Agents.
* Create and maintain professional relationships with clients, solicitors and peers.
* Trust Accounts deposit receipts and payments.
* Update changes and status of property records in CRM to reflect transaction progress.
* Enter price information for web display into the CRM following verification of instruction.
* Conduct Title search and company search and identify issues.
* Prepare for and process settlements.
* Document/file management for listing, sale and trust account records.
* Active participation in team meetings, initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in Residential Conveyancing – those with more years of experience are welcome to apply.
* Proficient in PEXA and knowledgeable about Queensland Conveyancing laws and regulations.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
