About The Role
We're on the lookout for Registered Nurses to join our versatile casual bank, ready to contribute their expertise across a spectrum of healthcare environments. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work within our dynamic Care Communities, Sub-Acute, and Acute Services, encompassing specialised areas such as Maternity, Operating Suite, Special Care Nursery, Paediatrics,
Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit/Critical Care Unit.
Managed by our Central Allocations Unit, which operates seven days a week, our casual bank offers flexibility and efficiency through an electronic rostering system. Shift assignments are tailored to match your availability and communicated via text or phone.

You will be required to provide 2 references, one being your current direct manager and the second, another manager/supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
Maintaining accurate availability in our electronic rostering system and accepting shifts based on availabilityCaring for a diverse range of patients and residents in varied care settingsAbility and willingness to provide high-quality, direct care within the scope of practiceCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive, patient focused outcomesDocumentation and updating of care plans/patient recordsProvide accurate and timely communication with residents, visitors, and staff at all levels within Grampians HealthParticipate in annual performance reviewsCommitment to ongoing mandatory education
Skills And Experience
Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA and hold a current Practicing CertificateCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain if working in Aged CareCurrent Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtainDemonstrated clinical knowledge and skills, commensurate with experienceAbility to function within a team

This position is paid in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2024. The classification is Registered Nurse Grade 2 (YP2 - YP9) which ranges from $40.15 - $50.68 per hour.
