Experienced Litigation Solicitor (1-5 + PAE)
You will manage a varied commercial and litigation disputes caseload, including:
* Contract and shareholder disputes, debt recovery, and insolvency matters;
* Building and construction, property and leasing disputes, misleading or deceptive conduct; and
* Strategy, pleadings and evidence, negotiation and ADR, interlocutory applications and appearances as appropriate.
You will work closely with senior litigators and our accounting professionals, with scope to grow and develop your career.
You will bring
* 1-5+ years PAE in litigation or dispute resolution, with a strong commercial focus;
* Excellent drafting, analysis and advocacy;
* Confident client management and a solutions mindset;
* Proven ability to run matters end-to-end, prioritise competing deadlines, and work both autonomously and within a team; and
* Clear, professional communication, written and verbal.
