**Qualifications & experience needed**:
- Efficiency and Time Management Skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of residential construction in single and two storey (Traditional, framed and other various construction methods)
- Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team to help form a positive, strong & vibrant environment
- Knowledge of Building Codes, Residential Design Codes & other relevant Standards
- Contract Handling Experience
- Strong Customer Service Experience
**Tasks & responsibilities**:
- Completion of contracts for client jobs
- Completion of addendas for client jobs - the Addenda is the schedule of construction & finishes (ie. everything that goes into the house)
- Have a strong understanding of plans so they can be read correctly when confirming plans and addendas.
- Cost variations and changes efficiently and accurately.
- Keep the customer up-to-date and informed on progress, delays etc.
- Maintain an organised client file, ensure contract is in order.
- Be able to provide the client with design ideas and recommendations without being overbearing.
