With over 115 clinics and hundreds of subleases (including allied health and pathology tenancies), the property portfolio continues to grow at a remarkable pace.
Due to this growth, the property team is seeking a motivated Leasing Executive to assist in the ongoing management, audit, and review of a diverse portfolio of commercial and retail leases. You'll join a down-to-earth and collaborative finance and property division that values initiative, accuracy, and a strong work ethic.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance and Property team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of lease administration processes. This position will see you working across both commercial and retail leasing functions, with the scope to transition into a permanent position for the right candidate.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Auditing and reviewing existing lease agreements across a national portfolio
* Managing sublease documentation, including medical and allied health tenancies
* Transferring and maintaining data into structured spreadsheets and lease management systems
* Assisting with renewals, rent reviews, and lease term variations
* Liaising with internal stakeholders, landlords, and external agents
* Supporting the team with general property administration and reporting tasks
This role suits someone with a commercial leasing background who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can confidently hit the ground running.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in lease administration, commercial leasing, or retail property
- Strong understanding of lease agreements and financial components
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
- A confident communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders
- A proactive approach and ability to adapt to changing priorities
