We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a Dynamics 365 implementation project on a contract basis in Adelaide. The role will focus on gathering requirements, documenting processes, and acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for D365.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate needs into functional specifications.
- Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities.
- Identify process improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ERP/CRM projects (D365 experience highly desirable).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to document processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Previous experience in large transformation or system implementation projects.
