About the Role: Randstad is seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Developer to join a client's Information Technology Services team.
This fixed-term opportunity is crucial for a strategic project focused on transforming higher education applications, utilising MS Dynamics and Power Page Portals.
You will be responsible for the ongoing support and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and other University Administration Systems (UAS), ensuring applications perform with integrity, efficiency, reliability, and optimal availability through customisation and integration.
Key Responsibilities: Undertake customisation's according to project scope and schedule, identifying potential deviations and recommending solutions.
Provide operational support and contribute to IT projects, ensuring Dynamics CRM, Power Page Portals, and UAS operate effectively.
Implement and test software patches and upgrades, adhering to Change Management methodology.
Ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations and technical standards, providing estimations and progress updates.
Design, development, testing, and implementation of authorised changes and enhancements, with the ability to work independently to deliver priorities Experience, Knowledge and Attributes: Demonstrated extensive experience in design, development, and support of solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform and associated technologies including C#, PowerApps and Power Page Portals, FetchXML, Javascript, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Kingswaysoft, and Web Services (SOAP/REST); or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Demonstrated experience providing operational support and troubleshooting of complex technical issues within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including customising solutions in the CRM environment.
Demonstrated experience implementing, administering, configuring, securing, and enhancing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM with external systems.
Demonstrated design skills and a high level of expertise in complex systems analysis and design for development of solutions, consistent with business requirements.
Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, including proven experience and ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive and safe workplace culture.
