Are you a motivated Construction Sales Professional with a knack for building strong client relationships and a passion for construction? TechSpan is expanding in Sydney, and we're looking for a Construction Sales Executive to take ownership of a busy, well-supported territory.
At TechSpan, we design and construct steel and structural building solutions across the commercial, industrial, and agribusiness sectors. For 25 years, we've delivered innovative projects with collaboration, integrity, and practical thinking at the core.
What's the role?
You'll manage the full sales cycle from enquiry through to signed contracts. With plenty of qualified inbound leads, you'll be the trusted face of TechSpan for clients across Sydney and surrounds. Expect site visits, proposal presentations, quoting, and lots of relationship building supported by a team that has your back. This role also involves occasional regional and interstate travel across Australia for client meetings and site visits, as well as regular visits to TechSpan's Armidale head office for onboarding and team collaboration.

Who are we looking for?
* 3–5+ years in construction sales, estimating, or project delivery or a strong history in developing concept designs into fully priced proposals
* Strong understanding of construction methods and drawings
* Organised, responsive, and detail-focused (your CRM is always up to date)
* A self-starter who thrives on turning warm leads into signed projects
