Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Chef based in Newcastle, NSW. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to maintain high culinary standards, planning and managing menu offerings, and ensuring food safety and hygiene in the kitchen. Other key responsibilities include stock and inventory management, supervising kitchen staff, and collaborating with the team to enhance kitchen operations and guest satisfaction. A focus on maintaining consistent food quality and presentation while adhering to budgetary requirements will be a top priority.
