About the Role
We're looking for a Junior Lift Engineer to join our Engineering Department.
This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate or someone with 1–2 years of experience who is eager to learn, train, and upskill.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with lift studies, transport drawings, method statements, and crane comparisons.
Prepare spreadsheets to support calculations for lift studies and transport drawings.
Develop dynamic 3D blocks for newly purchased cranes and rigging equipment.
Respond to technical queries during incident investigations.
Modify designs for available equipment.
Provide crane comparisons and recommendations for capital expenditure.
What We're Looking For
A degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
Experience in the crane and rigging industry or similar mining/heavy civil/mechanical projects.
Current Driver's Licence.
Ability to plan, perform calculations, and develop lift plans.
