About The Role
Join our high‐performing QLD sales team and take charge of generating and closing new business opportunities across the state. If you love the thrill of the chase, the buzz of building relationships, and the satisfaction of closing deals — this is your role.
Your Day‐to‐day Will Include
* Driving new business through proactive prospecting and cold calling across Queensland.
* Leveraging your network to secure meetings with clients ranging from sole traders to ASX‐listed companies.
* Converting warm leads provided by our marketing team.
* Attending networking events across multiple sectors to build a strong, sustainable pipeline.
You'll be backed by a dedicated support team including Client Service Managers and Broker Assistants. That means you get to focus on what you do best — prospecting, pitching and closing. Once you bring a client on board, a Client Service Manager steps in to provide exceptional ongoing service.
About You
To thrive in this role, you will:
* Bring proven sales experience, ideally in B2B environments.
* Be confident, polished and effective on the phone and face to face.
* Be driven to smash sales targets and celebrate the wins.
* Present professionally and communicate with ease across all levels of business.
* Have solid financial acumen (don't worry — we'll train you on our suite of products!).
* Build strong relationships quickly and authentically.
* Be self‐motivated, results‐driven and ready to contribute to a small, close, supportive team.
* Have knowledge of trade credit (a bonus, not a must).
