Guest Service Agent
As our Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in delivering a seamless and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities
Greet, check-in and check-out guests with warmth and efficiency
Handle guest enquiries via phone, email and in person
Process daily transactions and balance shifts accurately
Issue room keys while maintaining guest privacy and security
Provide personalised recommendations for dining, shopping and local attractions
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk
Complete general administrative and hotel-related duties
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure exceptional guest service
Bar Staff
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Bar Staff to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced, premium environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional and efficient bar service to all guests
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
Maintain a clean, well-stocked and organised bar at all times
Process orders and handle cash accurately
Ensure compliance with RSA, liquor licensing and safety regulations
Deliver outstanding customer service in a high-volume environment
Support daily operations including opening and closing procedures
Work collaboratively with the wider team
Cellar Person
As our Cellar Person, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of venue operations behind the scenes.
Key Duties
Oversee all cellar operations, equipment maintenance and minor repairs
Weekly ordering and stocktakes for the entire venue
Coordinate and receive all stock deliveries
Maintain general upkeep of back-of-house areas
Liaise with management on upcoming events and operational needs
Who You Are
A hands-on self-starter who takes initiative
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Willing to learn, grow and improve
Hold full Australian working rights
Hold a current NSW RSA or willingness to obtain
What You Bring
6–12 months' experience in hospitality within pubs, clubs, hotels or restaurants
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
The ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitudeA sound understanding of Work Health & Safety
Current RSA (essential for all roles)
Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and public holidays
