Service Technician

As a Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing capital machinery at client sites. This role involves nationwide travel, ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime, and providing technical expertise wherever it’s needed. You’ll work closely with clients to provide advice and support, while collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues. Accurate service records and reports will also be part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
We’re looking for a trade-qualified professional (mechanical, electrical, or similar) with proven experience in machinery maintenance. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls. Comfort with national travel and client-facing roles is required, as well as excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
