Job Title: Office Operations Manager
Are you an organized and efficient individual looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
- Provide front of house reception duties, ensuring a warm welcome for visitors and clients.
- Facilitate day-to-day operations of the office facility, including ordering and restocking of stationery, consumables, and kitchen supplies.
- Manage visitor logistics, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Coordinate office maintenance requirements, liaising with relevant parties.
- Offer administrative support to senior management and EA as required.
- Initiate and manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor onboarding.
- Support in managing consultants and contractors as requested by senior management.
- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing, mining, or energy environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to show initiative, anticipate problems, and provide solutions.
- Capacity to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
