You’ll be the behind-the-scene’s maestro, orchestrating the seamless flow of operations. Your mission? To safeguard our stock and cash, empower teams with the latest policies, and ensure our business requirements are not just met, but exceeded.
Day in the life of a Retail Operations Specialist at Optus
- Mastering all operations, championing stock control, and orchestrating the store’s rhythm
- Backing up our Store Manager, ensuring every operational and financial goals are met
- Keeping the safety torch ON, training teams with precision processes and WH&S; compliance
- Collaborate with colleagues, ensuring everyone’s in sync with operational shifts.
