Legal Counsel Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our General Counsel department, you will provide commercial and legal advice across various corporate matters.
* You will work closely with practice teams and Shared Services teams to deliver expert guidance on corporate/commercial and regulatory compliance issues.
* Your responsibilities will include drafting, negotiating, and interpreting commercial contracts as well as advising on related disputes.
