For over 40 years, Sea World Helicopters has been delivering unforgettable aerial experiences across the stunning Gold Coast. From sparkling coastlines to lush hinterland and iconic city views, we don’t just offer flights — we create lifelong memories for guests from all over the world.

Now, we’re looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our front-of-house team and be part of something truly exciting.

Position: Customer Service Agent

As one of the first faces our guests see, you’ll play a key role in shaping their entire experience. From the moment they arrive to the second they take off, you’ll help create a seamless, exciting, and memorable journey.

What you’ll be doing:

* Welcoming guests into our terminal with warmth and enthusiasm

* Managing check-ins and preparing passengers for their flight experience

* Handling phone and in-person enquiries

* Showcasing our range of scenic flights and helping guests choose the perfect experience

* Actively engaging with guests inside Sea World Theme Park — greeting visitors, creating excitement around our experiences, and confidently promoting and selling our helicopter tours

* Working closely with our operations team to keep everything running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

* A natural people-person who delivers outstanding customer service

* Confident using computers and systems (Microsoft Office experience preferred)

* Ability to stay calm, organised, and professional in a fast-paced environment

* Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

* Comfortable working with a diverse, international customer base

* A strong awareness of safety and procedures

* Experience with Rezdy or booking systems (a bonus, not essential)

* Aviation or tourism experience (great, but not required)

* Additional languages? That’s a big plus!

Availability:

We’re looking for team members available across weekdays, weekends and public holidays, with flexibility to suit operational needs.
