We are supporting a growing organisation to recruit an experienced Payroll and Finance Resource to join a supportive and collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a steady, structured payroll environment with the opportunity to contribute more broadly across HR and administration.
About the Role
You will take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing, maintain data accuracy, support payroll administration tasks and work closely with HR and Finance to keep systems and processes running smoothly. The environment is predominantly salaried, with a small number of allowances and timesheet requirements.
The role sits within the People and Culture team and offers excellent flexibility, including hybrid working and the option to consider senior part-time.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end payroll processing
* Managing updates, new starters and general payroll administration
* Supporting HR with system and data maintenance
* Ensuring compliance and accurate record keeping
* Liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve queries
About You
* Previous payroll experience in a mid-sized environment
* Confidence with HRIS or payroll systems (ELMO experience highly regarded)
* Strong attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive data
* A proactive, team-focused approach
