Overview
UGL are seeking an experienced HSE Administrator to join our CO2 team working on a major construction project. Commencing ASAP, you will be working a 2/2 roster at our Barrow Island Site. Point of hire is Perth, WA.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and update HSE management system documentation, procedures, registers, and databases.
* Manage incident, hazard, and near-miss records, ensuring timely data entry and follow-up actions.
* Track corrective actions and ensure outstanding items are closed out within required timeframes.
* Coordinate HSE training sessions, inductions, and competency assessments.
* Maintain training matrices and ensure employee certifications remain current via MyPass Learning Management System.
* Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly HSE performance reports (KPIs, incident statistics, audit results).
* Assist with planning and scheduling internal audits, workplace inspections, and HSE meetings.
* Provide administrative support for incident investigations (forms, statements, photos, logs).
* Assist with management of contractors to ensure compliance documents are up to date.
* Support HSE campaigns, toolbox talks, safety alerts, and awareness initiatives.
* Assist the HSE team with administrative tasks as needed.
About You
* Previous experience working as a HSE Administrator.
* Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
* Previous experience using MyPass.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices.
