The role of Stockroom Manager is pivotal to the success of our business, requiring an individual who can effectively manage inventory levels and ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive scheduled cycle counts to inform stock adjustments and prevent out-of-stock SKUs.
* Analyze data and reports to support operational duties and minimize shrinkage loss.
* Monitor and investigate negative stock levels, addressing issues with the store team as necessary.
* Implement a continuous improvement mindset through coaching and collaboration with senior management, supply chain, and planning teams.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stock distribution and organization, making informed decisions regarding stock levels.
* Train and educate colleagues on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
* Process and replenish arriving stock, manage returns in a timely manner, and coordinate with external stakeholders for stock pick-up.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in retail stock management, preferably across areas of cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, people management, profit & loss management, and sales forecasting.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP, to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
* Able to work a 38hr rotating roster to support store needs.
* Familiarity with tracking stock levels to maintain brand representation.
* Passion for delivering excellent client service and experiential retail.
