Job Opportunity:
1. We have an exciting opening for a part-time Administration Officer in our Service Department at one of our Dealerships.
2. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks including but not limited to:
* Creating and closing repair orders.
* Processing customer invoices.
* Managing warranties, claims and damages.
* Providing excellent customer service via phone and in-person.
* Maintaining the office area's cleanliness and organization.
* Tracking staff movements and attendance.
* Filing documents.
* Processing timecards and data entry as required.
* Supporting the Service Manager as needed.
