About The Role

Your responsibilities include supporting Residence Managers in ensuring systems and processes are maintained, ensuring accurate auditing and reporting to Managers, and acting as a mentor to managers and staff in developing their understanding of aged care quality and compliance.
Your Primary Functions Will Be
* Support role to residence managers in ensuring systems and processes are maintained.
* Accurate auditing and reporting to Residence Managers, Regional Operational Managers, State Operation Managers, the General Manager Clinical Governance and Client Safety in a timely manner.
* Contribute to the quality improvement processes at Arcare.
* Assist residence managers and others in preparation for accreditation visits by the Quality Agency.
* Provide education to staff regarding accreditation standards and other quality issues.
* Act as a mentor to managers and staff in developing their understanding of aged care quality and compliance.
Skills & Experience
* Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Knowledge of Aged Care Act, Standards, Guideline and Regulations.
* Adaptable, passionate and willingness to learn.
* Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
* Friendly and effective communication abilities.
