Qualifications
Subject Matter Expert with strong understanding of Oracle Project modules: Project Costing, Billing, Project Management and Project Contracts.
Implementation experience of multiple full end-to-end Oracle Project modules and understanding of integrations with other Oracle modules (HRMS, GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Purchasing, Manufacturing, OTL).
Strong understanding of data migration and third-party extensions with Projects module.
Ability to understand business processes and requirements and translate them into system solutions, resolving any business issues.
Experience working on all project phases: fit/gap analysis, configuration, testing, and transition to business.
Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with clients, build rapport and foster relationships.
Ability to produce functional design documents and communicate with technical teams and stakeholders within a project setup.
Strong, fluent, confident communication skills, both with onshore and offshore teams, and ability to manage offshore delivery.
Responsibilities
Provide advice and guidance to customers on process improvements and efficiencies through implementation of Oracle Project modules.
Work closely with client SMEs and stakeholders to familiarise them with Oracle Project modules capabilities and support decisions and development of solution and process design for their finance function.
Manage a broad range of implementation activities including configuration, demonstrations, design workshops, documentation, testing, report development, training, data migration, knowledge transfer, UAT support, production go-live, hyper-care and transition to the support organisation.
Occasionally provide support to pre-sales activities, including process solution design, performing requirements fit/gap analysis, providing system demonstrations, and advising on resourcing requirements for planning and estimating purposes.
