About the Role

Our team includes urban planners, designers, economists, and community engagement experts who work together to deliver sustainable communities.
This role involves providing statutory and strategic planning advice for urban design-related projects.
You will also coordinate documentation, strategies, and applications for proposals in the urban development sector.
Key responsibilities include liaising with clients, government representatives, and industry stakeholders to resolve challenges and issues.
In addition, you will undertake research, analyze complex data, and incorporate insights into strategies and projects.
* Provide high-level advice on urban design-related projects.
* Coordinate project documentation, strategies, and proposals.
* Liaise with key stakeholders to address urban development challenges.
* Conduct research and analysis to inform project decisions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in urban planning from a recognized institution.
* An understanding of the WA planning system and urban planning/design issues.
* A team-focused work ethic, excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound analytical skills, and a client service ethos.
* Demonstrated passion for the built environment and delivery of sustainable communities.
* Current right to live and work in Australia (permanent residency or citizenship).
